​FAQ

  • What types of payment do you accept ?

 

      We currently accept credit card payments (through Stripe payment processor), and Paypal. We also have an offlice catalogue that      we can send to you by email. In this case, we can work on a proforma invoice system and accept payments with TT bank transfers.

 

  • Is it safe to enter my credit card details on your website?
     

       Yes, we don’t store any of your credit card information. We actually don’t receive them, they are sent directly to our payment                       processor called Stripe. We would never share any of your personal information with anyone else.
 

  • How long before I receive my products?

    We usually ship orders within 48h hours after payment. The delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier, but you can estimate to receive your order within 7 to 10 days in average. For customers located in Singapore, it will usually take 2-3 days.
     

  • How much are shipping costs ?

    Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of you order and of course of the delivery address. The larger the total weight, the lower the shipping costs per kilo.
     

  • How do you ship orders?

 

      We ship products through air express services such as DHL, Fedex or Postal services. The carrier is chosen depending on the                      destination, weight and volume, type of products, and of course shipping cost. For Singapore customers, we will usually ship via local
      local Singapore Post or Nina Van service. We also offer order pick up in Singapore at our Eunos Warehouse.

 

  • Where is my parcel?

    Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number and a website link. Simply enter your tracking number on the website to check the delivery progression and get information about the delivery date.
     

  • My order arrived incomplete or damaged, what should I do?

    We strongly suggest you to verify your order carefully at the moment it is delivered to you. If you notice any damage, please notify the delivery person or the carrier as soon as possible to make a complaint. We will also try our best to help you solve any such issue. To avoid this kind of problem, each order is carefully packed with added protection to reinforce parcels.

    In case of missing products, or any mistake on your order, please notify us within 7 days and we will help you getting an exchange or refund. See our Returns and refunds page for more details.
     

  • Will I need to pay VAT and custom taxes?

    Most countries impose custom duties and VAT on imported goods. However, they can vary a lot from one product or one country to another.
    We suggest you to check for details with your local customs.  VAT and import duties will be charged by the shipping agent directly to you at receipt of your order. They will be based on the invoice total amount (including shipping costs). Based on our experience, not all order received by our customer are taxed, this also depends on the total amount. Smaller order tend to have less chances to be taxes.

    For customers in Singapore, no additional GST will be added to the prices shown online.
     

  • Where are products shipped from?

    Freshbnb is a limited company registered in Singapore, with a warehouse both in Singapore and Shenzhen China. Depending on the products ordered and stock availability, we may ship from either warehouse.

 

  • Is it possible to order samples?

 

       We welcome sample orders, just let us know what you are interested in and we will reply to you asap.
