Shipping and deliveries

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, and guarantee you a smooth delivery within acceptable delays, no matter where you are in the world.

For Singapore orders:

Goods will be delivered with a local carrier, either Singpost or Janio, and usually take 2-3 days to reach. A tracking number will be provided. 

Pick up is also available at our warehouse:

Shipping cost are free for all products.


For international orders :

For international deliveries (out of Singapore), minimum total order volume is 20kg per order, this allows us to get you best rates for both products and DHL shipping rates.
Here are some product examples to give you an idea:

100 pcs mini 40ml shampoo = 5.5 kg
100 pcs essential toiletries set = 22 kg
30 pcs bath towels or fitted sheets = 21 kg*
7 pcs smart bluetooth locks = 21 kg

*Calculated by air shipping regulations volume weight rules (L x l x h / 5000 = volume weight equivalent)


Based on your location, the type of goods ordered, the weight and their volume, we will choose the most suitable carrier to ship your order. It will be via DHL Air Express most of the time. All orders are shipped door to door, meaning you don't have to worry about arranging anything.

Orders usually take 7 to 10 to be delivered for international deliveries.

For B2B large volume orders, we can also provide sea freight.

We will decide on a case by case basis, and depending of course of your preferences. We have more than 10 years of experience in exporting and partner with different shipping companies to get the best deals on delivery costs.

Right after your order is sent, we will send you a tracking number so you can check the progression of your delivery online.
